How long will it take to receive my model? 
We quote a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks. Most models leave our facility in 4 weeks.

What if I need a model sooner?
We can make and ship most models in 3-4 days. We have a schedule for rush charges. Please inquire.

How are models shipped?
We ship Federal Express 2 day air. You are welcome to request your favorite shipper or overnight service and we will ship using your account number.

Our staff is available to talk with you Monday through Thursday 7:30 am. to 6:00pm PT.
Our Voice Mail System will take your call Friday to Sunday and we will call you Monday morning.

Christmas Orders:
Christmas orders may be placed with rush charges by Thanksgiving. Please inquire after that, depending on the model and when you need it we may be able to fill your order. We will charge overnight shipping with orders placed after the first of December.
