HOW DO I ORDER A MODEL?

We went to make sure your model is just the way you need it and so we need to
talk to you about your aircraft.

First: browse our web site and find your aircraft. If you can’t find it please give us a call. If you are looking for commercial airlines or military aircraft call for referrals
Second: Print out the Order Form and fill in all the blanks you can. This way you will have the information at hand that we will need to help you place your order.
Third: Give us a call and we’ll provide you with pricing and delivery times. Our courteous staff will be happy to answer all your questions.

Why do I need to make a phone call? Why can’t I place my order on line?
Because each model is Custom Painted just for you and we need to cover all the details with you personally.

What do I need to place an order?
We will ask you for photos, drawings or sketches and the manufacturers aircraft paint color names and numbers, plus all the information requested on the order form.

Can I e-mail my order?
Yes, once you have talked to our staff.

Can I e-mail the photos?
Yes, once you have talked to our staff, however if the quality of the photos we receive does not meet our needs we will ask you to mail us photos.

Do I really need to find the actual color numbers?
Yes, This color information is easily found in the original sales order from the aircraft. If your aircraft has been repainted, often this information is in the aircraft log. We will be able to make your model without this vital information but we will have to rely on your photos, and the color processing always varies from the actual paint on your aircraft. We will need to agree that we will do our best to match the photos, but if you need it repainted, there will be an additional charge.
